As President of Stern & Associates, Inc., I am
responsible for the overall coordination of employees and resources in
order to ensure that each and every one of our projects are completed in a
timely and professional manner. I promulgate the requirements for each
project in a manner that maintains consistency with the mechanical,
structural, and architectural plans, incorporates the Owner's criteria,
and adheres to the accepted standards of the electrical engineering
industry. I am "in-charge" of the projects this firm designs and the
subsequent issues for construction.
Prior to forming Stern & Associates, Inc., I was employed as
Director of Commercial Engineering for a thirty-five person
mechanical/electrical consulting engineering firm. As Director, I
supervised employees ranging from draftspersons to Professional Engineers.
Prior experience consists of twenty-three years with a medium-sized
Mechanical and Electrical engineering firm in York, PA.
